Customer Services
We pride ourselves on our customer service. We like people and it shows. We like to hear what our clients think and take on board all feedback we get. We learn from you as much as you learn from us! We’re not the type of company who just sits still, we love to learn and improve our services.
During your project you will have a dedicated project manager, who will be your principal point of contact within the company. However, we also have a dedicated Customer Liaison Department who will provide you with support both during and after your project. We’ll give you a call in a few months to see how the site is working for you, and we will try to get in touch with you periodically to see how you are and to get feedback from you.
You can communicate with us in any way you like - generally we use email, phone, letters, and instant messenger. We also use skype, fax, carrier pigeon and Morse (the fictional detective, not the code). Smoke signals don’t work so well around here ‘cos we work in a valley!
