Festaff supply casual staff to festivals across the UK and required a custom website that would accurately reflect the business they were in.

Festaff Recruitment

The web development project carried out on behalf of Festaff demonstrates our ongoing commitment to our clients. In 2009 we developed a small website, which allowed Festaff owner Sandy Reid to get a foothold online. This website worked so effectively that Sandy commissioned the web development team at Eskdale to rebuild the site using the Eskdale manageIT content management system and attractIT for the 2010 music festival season.

This web development also has an online job application form which lets potential employees apply quickly and easily. The application form is cleverly linked to bespoke software that enables Sandy to filter the thousands of online job applications recieved.

Eskdale Solutions love custom web development and the Festaff website is a classic example of that.

Prior to launching his site in 2009, as part of an online marketing strategy devised by Eskdale Solutions, Sandy used Facebook and Twitter to create a buzz and keep fans informed. This worked to great effect with hundreds of online applicants in the first few days. The clever use of social media combatted the Google aging delay. Social media continues to play an enormous part in the success of Festaff and, whilst initially sceptical, Sandy is now a social media convert having first-hand experience of the benefits of a focused social media strategy.

What Sandy says about his web development -

" ......the new site looks great by the way - great stuff. I checked results in Google today (3 days after launch) we're already at No 4 for 'Jobs at Festivals', No 2 for 'Jobs at Sonisphere' etc, etc. I've seen a huge leap again in the number of website visitors since the new site went up. As you know; business is tough and I am now much more relaxed knowing that the web marketing is in good hands and working so quickly"
