Our web servers are managed from a local control panel and are clustered so that all the web sites we host are evenly balanced across multiple servers.

We limit the number of websites we host on our servers to ensure that what is happening with the other websites stacked on the server doesn't compromise the performance or accessibility of your own site. This isn't something you may have originally thought about but is a very important point to consider - you could lose clients if your site is down.

You will also receive burstable bandwidth as a standard part of our hosting package which means if you run a marketing campaign which sees thousands more visitors to your site, you don't have to worry about your site being down.

We run a full off-site backup service which backs up your email and DNS servers so that if there is ever an unforseen disaster at the datacentre, we have the backups to get your site up and running again.

We can set up your hosting package within 24 hours and this will initially last for a 12 month period. If for any reason you need to cancel it, you may do so after the 12 months by giving us one months written notice.
