Is the demo real?
The demo is scripted, so you can see how the team works without connecting anything. The businesses in it are examples, and all the names, prices and times are made up. In a live build, every step is real work on your own systems.
Will it send things without asking?
No. Anything that goes out in your name waits for your approval first. You decide what, if anything, it may handle on its own.
What can it connect to?
Your email, calendar and booking system, your website and your accounts, depending on what you use. We look at your tools first and build around them.
Is this the same as a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions on your website. The agents go further: they carry a job through, from the first message to a finished booking or a sent reply.
